1. Acceptance
These terms govern all engagements for legal counsel, digital materials, and physical items offered by Agent Shield Counsel.
2. Services Overview
2.1 Legal Services for Realtors
Agent Shield Counsel provides specialized legal guidance and document preparation tailored to the needs of real estate professionals.
2.2 Information Products
Our digital offerings include guides, templates, and training modules designed to assist realtors in compliance and best practices.
2.3 Physical Goods
Printed manuals, handbooks, and related materials may be purchased for reference and training purposes.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Legal Services for Realtors
Due to the personalized nature of our counsel, once services commence no refund is available. If cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, a full credit will be issued. Credits are processed within 15 business days via the original method of payment.
3.2 Information Products
Digital materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided less than 20% of content has been accessed. Approved returns are credited within 15 business days via the original method of payment. No credit is available after 20% access.
3.3 Physical Goods
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Upon inspection, a credit will be issued within 15 business days via the original method of payment. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
4. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedules within 24 hours may incur an administrative fee.
